河北玉星食品有限公司位于寧晉縣西城區，隸屬于玉鋒實業集團分公司。成立于2013年，主營產品為一級玉米胚芽油。精煉車間全套引進瑞典阿法拉伐精煉工藝和設備，日產一級玉米胚芽油600噸，采用全封閉式生產。小包裝車間由意大利西帕承建并提供全套設備和工藝，小包裝灌裝線生產能力4L/5L規格6000瓶/小時、1.8L/2.5L規格2000瓶/小時、10L規格1000瓶/小時、20L規格800瓶/小時；日灌裝量500噸，實現了全自動化潔凈灌裝。化驗室配備國際先進的檢測儀器，具備氣相色譜儀、液相色譜儀、全自動紅外掃描儀等，按照國家規定對產品指標進行智能監控，保證了玉星玉米油的產品質量。儲罐區總儲藏能力20000噸，一級油均采用316L不銹鋼材質、充氮保鮮工藝，獨特的室內罐區設計，恒溫、防紫外線輻射。
公司先后通過ISO9001、FSSC22000、ISO22000等體系認證及綠色食品認證。先后榮獲中國糧油學會頒發的“健康油脂金獎”、“優質產品金獎”及第九屆國際食用油產業博覽會“金獎”。集團公司被評選為“中國好糧油”示范企業，“玉米油10強企業”、“食用油加工企業50強”，玉星玉米油被評選為河北省“燕趙好糧油”產品，“玉星”商標被認定為中國馳名商標。

The refining workshop has introduced the Alfa Laval refining process and equipment from Sweden, with a daily output of 600 tons of first-grade corn germ oil, using a fully enclosed production method. The small packaging workshop is constructed by Sipa ltaly, who provided a complete set of equipment and technology. Thep roduction capacity of the small packaging filling line is 6000 bottles/hour for 4L/5L specifications, 2000 bottles/hour for 1.8L/2.5L specifications, 1000 bottles/hourfor 10L specifications, and 800 bottles/hourfor 20L specifications; The daily filing capacity is 500 tons, achieving fully automated and clean filling. The laboratory is equipped with internationally advanced testing instruments, including gas chromatographs, liquid chromatographs, fully automatic infrared scanners, etc. t intelligently monitors product indicators in accordance with national regulations, ensuring the quality of Yuxing corn oil products. The total storage capacity of the storage tank area is 20,000 tons, and the first-grade oil is filled in the 316L stainless steestorage tank, adopting nitrogen filed preservation technology with constant temperature and protection from ultraviolet radiation.
The company has successively got ls09001, FSSc22000, 1s022000 and other certifications, as well as green food certifications. Our first-grade oil products has won the "Health Oil Gold Award" and "High Quality Product Gold Award" awarded by the China Grain and Oil Society, as well as the "Gold Award" at the 9th lnternational Edible Oil industry Expo. The group company has been selected as a "china Good Grain and Oil" demonstration enterprise, "Top 10 Corn Oil Enterprises", and "Top 50 Edible Oil Processing Enterprises".
